Vero de Los Angeles Orozco was born in San Francisco, Ca after her family migrated from Nicaragua. She has a BFA in Printmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute and will start working towards her MA in Art Admin & Policy at School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the fall. Her work is focused on spontaneous interactions on paper as well as between people with art. Her style has evolved from nurturing an alternative way of screen-printing and painting as a person born with one hand. She is inspired by graffiti, typography, Malcolm Gladwell and human kindness. As a first generation American artist, she hopes to help others navigate various avenues of the art world with a similar background, bringing in the forefront diverse artists of different cultural backgrounds
