Because the ice cream cannot stay frozen in the dry ice for 3 days, if no one is available to recieve the delivery, it will be left without signature. Please arrange shipment to an address where someone is available to sign for the ice cream and put it in a freezer. TOIC will not be help responsible for items left. We do not accept returns.

2 Day FedEx Shipping for ice cream is included in the flat fee. Orders must be placed by 12 noon 2 days prior to desired delivery day.
Ice Cream shipments will only be made on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Thursday shipments will be delivered on Saturday and will require an additional $12.00 charge
