Inspired by roasting beets with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, this is a favorite for the adventurous eater. I recommend this flavor with an olive oil drizzle on top. Expand your mind & what you expect ice cream to be & you will be delighted with this flavor arrangement. Oh so good. I eat this one solo. No combo, which is incredibly unusual for me. Maybe a little pink salt on top too.
