Used in cuisine of South East Asia, this is a citrusy flavor with floral notes. Normally Kaffir Lime Leaf is combined with many other flavors. I love this ice cream because you really get to enjoy the purity of the leaf. It is also wonderful to combine with so many tropical flavors. .
