Mango Agave Sorbet

Mango’s are cultivated all over the world.  In tropical and subtropical climates. India is where it originated and it is considered sacred. There are so many varieties of mango trees and cuisines that utilize this delectable fruit. The creamy, pulpy, meat of the mango makes a rich and smooth sorbet. Sometimes the fruit is more tart and sometimes sweet, but always delicious.
